Working out of brand new offices in the centre of Bath, our client are on the look out for a full-time office manager to help support the wider operational side of the business in an administrative capacity. From being the first point of contact to booking travel you will play a pivotal role in a fun and welcoming team. This exciting opportunity will offer a great insight into an office management role whilst working in a unique sector.
This is a temporary position with a duration of 4-weeks and the potential to extend beyond this. You will be paid on a weekly basis.
**As an office manager your duties will include**:
- Being the first point of contact for all office queries from employees and also external visitors- Manage outsourced services including new suppliers for the office- Managing the travel booking system and internal travel policy- Diary management for CFO including scheduling internal and external meetings, conference and video calls- Co-ordinate teem meetings- Providing agendas and taking minutes for internal finance meetings- Managing the cleaners including timesheets and responsibilities- Stock management including tea, coffee and stationery**Specification**
- Strong administration skills with excellent attention to deal- Previous experience in an office management or PA role- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adaptable to change- Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information discreetly-
