**Position**:
We are looking for a **Admin Coordinator** to manage the College functions and provide proactive and professional administrative support, facilitating effective and quality delivery within the Care and Education team at the College, thus, enabling our students to develop and learn.
- To provide administrative support to Deputy Directors; _
- Diary management
- Arranging meetings and collating reports
- Taking minutes for various meetings
- mail-merging letters
- making arrangements for payment of invoices and maintaining financial expenditure records
- To administer college correspondence on behalf of Deputy Directors and Senior Leaders when required; _
- mail merging letters, newsletters, students certificates
- collating and inputting student data
- creating student files
- printing / copying of course materials / certificates
- amendment to documents
- Supporting the Deputy Directors to oversee the department’s budget;_
- Maintain records of financial spends daily, ensuring the Head of Care is aware of the current and accurate financial state of the department at any time
- Supporting the care teams with placing orders and the completion and recording of relevant financial paperwork

**Salary: £13.14 per hour / £25,623 per annum**

**Hours: 37.5**

**Weeks: 52**

**Holidays: 5 weeks plus 10 days bank holiday**

**Closing date: 20th January 2024 at 12 noon**

**Interview date: W/C 27th January 2024**

**Requirements**:
To succeed as Admin Coordinator you will need:

- Excellent level of customer care skills, with an efficient telephone manner and able to communicate to all levels.
- Good organisational and time management, and able to prioritise own workload
- Excellent IT skills. Including the use of MS Office.
- Experience of working in a customer led environment.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Good level of education.
