We are looking for an Ecommerce Trading Manager to drive the growth of our direct-to-consumer business for the USA market. As the Ecommerce Trading Manager you will be part of our Global Ecommerce team based in our London HQ, but work closely with our UScommercial team based in New York to tailor content, tone-of-voice and maximise the effectiveness of key trading periods.

**What you will be doing**:

- Focused on assortment curation, on-site merchandising and campaign planning
- Identify new and innovative ways to drive traffic to the website, developing and improving traffic from existing channels
- Collaborate with key stake holders to plan the ecommerce trading calendar, lead the delivery and reporting of all on-site promotions and content activity
- Using analytics and our in-house reporting platform to gain a strong understanding of the customer journey to optimise sales, measure performance & define strategy
- Monitoring conversion of key landing pages to improve where necessary
- Define and manage the US trading strategy, contributing to development/UX roadmaps
- Work with digital marketing team to ensure product & trading strategies are supported by the digital marketing strategy for all channels

**What we need from you**:

- A strong knowledge of the US consumer market and culturally significant features
- Experience of managing budgets, trading calendars and sales forecasts
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise well
- Experience of working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment
- Commercially focussed, ambitious and driven
- Strong communication skills
