**Continuous Improvement Practitioner**:
- Due to our continued growth and success we are looking for a Continuous Improvement Practitioner to join our Operations team in Wrexham (LL13 9UG), however, the role will require travel to our Coedpoeth Bakery (LL11 3RD). The hours of work for this role are Monday to Friday 08:00hrs to 17:00hrs.

**What would you be doing?**
Our Vision as a business is to be the “Go-to” supplier of bakery products, working nationally with retailers such as M&S and Waitrose on their premium private label range and regionally through the Village Bakery brand. In achieving this vision, we want to be recognised as a business that continually invests in the future through the development of our people, quality and food safety culture, equipment and processes.
As a member of our Operations team you will be directly contributing to this vision through your core tasks and responsibilities these will include, but are not limited to:
- Identify and lead improvement projects that reduce waste, increase productivity, and drive performance
- Facilitate CI workshops and coach teams in Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, problem-solving, value stream mapping)
- Use data and analysis to find root causes and opportunities for improvement
- Help embed a proactive, people-led CI culture across the site
- Track, measure, and report on project outcomes and performance metrics
**What are we looking for?**
**Knowledge Requirements**
- Experience in FMCG or food manufacturing (CI, Ops, or Engineering)
- Good knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and CI principles (Green Belt desirable)
- Confidence to lead workshops, challenge the norm, and work across departments
- Sharp problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset
- A positive, proactive, and people-focused approach
