SplitCharge is the online sales division of MAES Ltd and operates a top 100 eBay shop and several dedicated websites. Due to sustained growth, we are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our team selling to the auto electrical, leisure and DIY markets.

**Job description**

**Responsibilities and Duties**

Generation and processing of purchase orders, managing all goods in / goods out processes within the warehouse using our inventory system Order Wise.

Liaise with suppliers to make sure we are purchasing at the correct price

Complete warehouse stock checks and audits.

Collaborate with team members to achieve daily warehouse order fulfilment targets. Monitor operational methods and proactively assist in ways to maintain and/or improve efficiency and accuracy.

Customer facing duties to include over the counter sales and collections

General Administration and housekeeping duties.

**Qualification and Skills**

Good IT skills.

Ability to prioritise and organise tasks

Ability to work well within a small team.

Able to work at a fast pace whilst maintaining a high standard of quality.

Strong sense of professionalism and discretion.

Flexible working approach

**HOURS OF WORK**

Normal working hours will be 8:30am - 5pm Mon-Fri

Some flexible working will be required and there may also be opportunities to join the team at campervan shows and festivals over some weekends.

Full time work - 40 hours per week.

**Salary** £11.50/£12.00 per hour (£23,920/£24,960 pa)

**Holidays** 28 days

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
