**Recruitment Administrator**

The Green Retreats group manufacture and supply a range of luxury garden buildings, this also includes our sister companies - Clear Edge uPVC and Home Power Electrical Services.

**Main duties**:

- Screening applicants' eligibility and conduct interviews
- Write job adverts and upload vacancies on our platforms
- Liaise with managers and agencies to fulfil the recruitment needs
- Ownership of all recruitment administration and mailbox
- Support the HR function with the onboarding of new starters
- Carry-out any other administrative/HR tasks to support the HR manager in the effective running of the team
- Coordinate recruitment projects

**Person specification**:

- IT skills, with an ability to navigate around various systems and software packages, such as Outlook, MS Office, the internet and database.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Accurate typing skills and attention to detail
- Understands about confidentiality and is sensitive to issues
- Comprehensive knowledge of administrative skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage own workload
- Ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally
- Previous experience in a Recruitment role is essential

**Benefits**:

- Salary £23,000 - 26,000 per annum
- Full training will be provided by the HR Manager
- 40 hours per week, 9-5pm Monday to Friday, half hour paid lunch break
- 2 day working from home each week to offer a more flexible work life

We are based between Aylesbury and Bicester just off the A41 on Westcott Venture Park; thus, your own transport is essential, parking provided.
