HR Coordinator

Heels & Brogues Group are working with an established Packaging Manufacturer in Stanley, who are looking to for an HR Coordinator to join a small and professional team. You will be reporting into Senior Management and will be responsible for carrying outa range of HR duties within a busy commercial department.
**Responsibilities**:
- All personnel administration
- Monitoring and updating policies and procedure in line with legislation
- Coordinating and overseeing discipline, absence management and grievance issues.
- Producing HR related documentation such as recruitment adverts, offer letters, induction paperwork, contracts of employment, handbooks, exit interviews and leaver letters.
- Managing attendance records and maintaining the HR systems (Sage and INFOR) and associated hard copy records.
- Organising company events in order to raise money for local charities
- Compiling necessary paperwork needed for processing monthly payroll
- Organising and coordinating training for new and existing members of staff
- Managing company Insurance policies
**Experience**:
- Demonstrate a good knowledge of Employment Law & best practices
- Excellent Administrative background
- Organised, driven and motivated
- Able to prioritise workload
- IT literate - Microsoft Package
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Previous experience within an HR related position or similar
