We offer a basic salary of £28,000 - £32,000 dependent on experience. Realistic first year earnings are between £34,000 and £40,000.

**Responsibilities include:**
- Playing an instrumental, hands on operational role, whilst motivating and supporting an operational team to achieve high performance levels
- Overseeing day-to-day performance for allocated consultants and supporting your manager in the smooth running of the branch
- Developing new business whilst maintaining and maximising existing business, both personally and through your team
