**Job Summary**

We are looking for an E-Commerce Assistant to join our team, the role will be based at our Glasgow office working closely with the E-Commerce team and Sales team to develop our online presence and digital strategy. Through assisting website management across multiple sites, you will be responsible for the CCL B2B and sub brand B2C solutions in UK and Europe, proposing further developments to drive growth and increase conversion. This role is perfect for someone with E-Commerce experience looking to be part of a fast paced and growing business.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for B2B & B2C solutions
- Blog writing experience
- Social media marketing
- Basic understanding of SEO friendly and unique content
- Working alongside the tech team to create content suitable for the markets we operate
- Assist CCL Group with CMS
- Using Google Analytics to collect, analyse data and make trading suggestions where necessary
- Website maintenance including liaising with developers to resolve issues
- Creating products and assisting with administrative tasks

**Required skills and experience**:

- Proven ecommerce / digital work experience
- Tertiary qualification in a Computing or Business discipline advantages Knowledge and Skills
- Experience selling on different platforms
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
- Confident with Google Analytics
- PPC experience preferable
- Ability to interpret and analyse data
- Commercial Awareness
- Numerical skills
- Sales reporting
- Strong IT skills including the use of Excel, Databases and Microsoft office

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
