The Business Manager will be responsible for coordinating, executing, and documenting business activities.
The diverse role will see you identify and solve problems, plan, direct and recommend operational changes, and be willing to shape the role based on the needs of the organisation.
As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for:
*Tracking performance against the business plan ensuring that it is on track
*Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory duties including HRM, Payroll etc
*Oversee company finances ensuring that sales invoices are sent and paid
*Support the Director with their responsibilities
*Previous experience in a similar role
*Good communication skills
*An understanding of research methods and data analysis techniques
