What will my role look like?

Our L&D Team is expanding and we have a new opportunity available for an LMS Administrator In this role you will act as an ambassador for EG Groups Learning Management System within the EG Centre of Excellence and will be key to supporting the LMS Manager and wider Learning Team with all aspects of the role. Provide specialist administrative support, completing tasks and managing processes efficiently, effectively and accurately. You will be required to organise and prioritise workloads according to deadlines, changing needs of the business, and Learning function.

What would my main responsibilities be?

Create and maintain learning profiles and how they receive/complete learning
Assisting with administrative activities in connection with ad hoc Learning Projects
Support LMS Manager where appropriate with liaison and activity/initiatives related to LMS controls
Interact with other parts of the business to understand requirements, communicating effectively to ensure high service standards are maintained to support the LMS Manager with key relationships
Undertake specified tasks and activities within set policies and procedures, including taking routine decisions, ensuring efficient and effective working
Provide first line of advice and support within the business, solving routine problems and providing internal/external colleagues with the information they need, to support delivery of LMS offering
Collate and provide information to managers and colleagues to help inform decision-making
Solve basic problems within agreed parameters, escalating where appropriate
Identify and keep up to date with relevant standards, processes and changing client needs, enabling the provision of an excellent customer service
Support the LMS and wider business strategy agenda

Vocational qualification relevant to the role, or equivalent by experience including basic literacy, numeracy and IT skills
Proficient IT (Microsoft Office Suite) with proficiency in advanced Excel
Knowledge of Learning Management Systems is preferred
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues / external stakeholder
Ability to understand and deliver against customer requirements
Ability to plan and organise own work to deadlines, including balancing competing priorities
Ability to follow instruction, direction and procedures with strong attention to detail
Willingness to learn new skills and approach challenges
Ability to work as part of a team
