**Job Role**: Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship
**Reports to**: Head of Quality & Curriculum / Learner Services Manager
**Hours**: 37.5 hours per week
**Location**: Head Office/Field Based
- as required by the business.
**Introduction and Job Purpose**
Our Business Administration Apprenticeship is your opportunity to gain the confidence and experience you need to get a real head start in your career.
Working as part of the Quality and Curriculum team, this 12-18-month programme will develop you into a capable team member, with real skills and responsibilities to drive the rest of your career.
Throughout the blended learning and real life, working environment you will learn, develop and use skills that will support you in a wide range of business and administration tasks.
As you progress, you’ll take on more responsibility, and by the time you’ve completed your apprenticeship you’ll be a trusted professional, ready to contribute to live services and progress your career.
If you like being well organised, analysing information, can work in a team as well as being self-motivated and you have great communications skills, this programme is for you.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Basic auditing and reporting
2. Monitoring attendance and updating trackers across all delivery, in center and off-site
3. Management of SharePoint and version control of documents
4. Supporting the Head of Quality & Curriculum with the various bootcamp courses (will require visiting off-site
5. Supporting with reception cover
6. Booking meeting rooms
7. Exam invigilation (once trained)
8. Supporting the curriculum team with general administration duties such as printing, scanning, copying
9. Working to tight deadlines and set KPIs
10. Maintain all required records, as specified by the Company, to ensure that all documentation meets internal and external standards, including the group profile tracker.
11. Ensure systems (Moodle, CRM) are up to date
12. Working towards your Level 3 Business Administration qualification
