**Job Purpose**

This exciting role has a very simple purpose: to assist with the smooth running of the Onboarding department.

We manage over 200 properties in Edinburgh with an expanding Coast & Country portfolio across Scotland and welcome some 10,000 guests to these properties per year. The Scotland team is ⅕ of a pan-Europe ALTIDO family with locations in England, Italy, Portugal and Bulgaria. Your job will be to make sure that all of our new clients' needs are met in a professional and thorough manner and that all onboarding processes and guidelines are followed correctly.

**What is “Onboarding”?**

It is the crucial stage between signing a contract with a new property and the first guests arriving for their dream Scottish holiday. Successful Onboarding means ensuring that properties meet our high standards, guest and property owner expectations are exceeded, and our Operations team have everything they need to run smoothly.

This cross-departmental role will suit a conscientious, resourceful, organised and client-focused individual.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work closely with the Onboarding Manager and Onboarding co-ordinator to assist with anything that they may require;
- Attend onboarding visits as requires;
- Assist with curating a property up to the ALTIDO standard;
- Produce detailed and accurate manuals for each home;
- Ensuring properties are compliant with regulation;
- Other ad-hoc work to support the wider business as and when required.

**Key Skills and Requirements**:

- Computer literate - We mainly use G-Suite, Slack, Hubspot, Kross, and Airtable
- Excellent communication, management and organisation skills
- Interest in property management and interior design
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong work ethic
- Enthusiastic, efficient and proactive
- Full clean driving license

**Compensation**:

- Salary: £21,000
- Statutory pension contribution
- Bonus: annual discretionary bonus
