**The role**

The purpose of the role is to work as part of a team to provide a full and accurate pension administration services to clients in a timely manner.

**The person**

We are looking for someone who has experience with a pensions administration role or similar where you will have performed administration including processing and checking all member events, leavers, retirements, transfers, deaths, divorces, quotes and general queries. You will be competent in being able to perform manual benefit calculations as well as have the ability to deal with complaints as well as various other business demands.

You should hold effective communication skills (both verbal and written) as you will be required to represent the customer or stakeholder whilst focusing on delivering a quality service at all times. You will be able to work under pressure and manage and prioritise your own workload to ensure deadlines are met.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
