We are currently recruiting for a Pensions Administrator within Employee Benefits based in Coventry (hybrid working) on a permanent basis.

**The opportunity**

We are recruiting throughout the year for various administration roles across our Benefits business unit including Employee Benefits and Rail Administration. Both areas are responsible for offering administration, communications and engagement services to the Railways pension schemes, as well as wider third party administered clients. We support hybrid and flexible working for this role, as well as remote working contracts.

These teams are made up of Employer Support, Administration Services including Payroll & Bereavement, Correspondence & Complaints, Complex Calculations, Data Capture including Retirements and Transfers and finally Operations which covers Railpen’s third party clients. All of which provide administration of the multiples sections which make up the Railway Pension Scheme.

Our teams are often the first point of contact in the life cycle of the pension journey and look after the day to day scheme administration needs of our members and pride ourselves on delivering excellent quality of service. These roles play an integral part in supporting our purpose to secure our members future, without these outstanding teams we wouldn’t be the successful organisation we are today.

**The person**

Pension administration experience, in particular defined contributions would be beneficial but is not essential, we offer training and qualifications that can support you in building this knowledge during your career with Railpen.
