JHE & Partners are delighted to be working exclusively with a superb business in Silsden as they look to appoint a finance assistant on a permanent basis. Working in this privately owned, international business, you will be a key player primarily overseeingthe purchase ledger with additional finance and HR duties. You will have-impeccable organisational skills with the solid ability to multi-task. You must have a keen eye for detail with the ability to provide multiple reports both financial and HR.

Reporting in to the head of finance, duties include but are not limited to:

- Maintenance, administration and reconciliation of Accounts Payable function; includes invoice/credit note administration
- Processing all payments
- Statement reconciliation and control account reconciliation
- Employee expenses control
- Assistance in the preparation of the weekly cashflow
- Maintenance and reconciliation of the Fixed Asset Register
- Preparation and review of all Prepayments & Accruals
- Human resource administrative support

Salary on offer will pay up to £25,000, 23 days holiday, 5% and 5% pension, healthcare package and free parking.
