Benefits: Additional leave Casual dress Company pension Free on site parking Bonus Scheme Responsibilities: Matching, checking and coding invoices Preparing customer invoices Reconcile bank statements Making payments via BACS Processing staff expenses Setting up of new supplier/customer accounts and maintaining existing account details Reconciliation of supplier and customer statements Managing petty cash Being first point of contact for all relevant enquiries Data entry Maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers Reviewing systems and processes and making improvements where necessary General office duties Finance department administration Person Specification: Proficient in using Excel Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
