**This position is a Part Time role working up to 30 hours per week**.

**About Us**:
Our practice is conveniently located inside Pets at Home on the bustling Pipps Hill Retail Park, surrounded by a variety of shops perfect for a bit of lunchtime retail therapy We offer free onsite parking and easy access to major transport routes, placing us under an hour from London and just 20 minutes from Southend-On-Sea.

We see a real variety of cases and perform lots of orthopaedic procedures in-house, including patella luxation, fracture repairs, cruciate surgeries with TPLO and a wide variety of soft tissue surgeries. We work in a purpose-built practice with state-of-the-art equipment including digital X-ray, flexible and rigid endoscopes and easy access to a 16 slice CT scanner.

**What Your Typical Day Will Look Like**:
As a Client Care Advisor, your main focus is delivering exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their pets receive the best possible care. You will be the vital link between clients and the clinical team, building strong relationships that foster trust and loyalty.

Your role will ensure that clients leave the practice confident in the care they received and excited for their next visit. You will join a supportive team that includes 2 Practice Owners, 1 Operations Manager, 5 Vets, 1 Head RVN, 1 Deputy Head RVN, 7 RVNs, 4 SVNs, 1 VCAs, 5 CCAs including 1 Reception & Account Manager.

**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Greet clients warmly and provide expert support and guidance.
- Confidently manage payments and future bookings.
- Ensure smooth daily operations using our online booking system—computer literacy is essential.
- Maintain a friendly and attentive approach, focusing on the needs of our clients and their pets.

**What We’re Looking For**
- A friendly and welcoming personality for clients and their pets.
- Previous veterinary experience is advantageous but not required.
- Familiarity with handling accounts and insurance claims is beneficial.
- Enthusiasm, drive, and a passion for providing outstanding service.
- The ability to manage a variety of situations, from comforting a client during a tough moment to celebrating a pet’s first visit.
