**Workflow Consultant**

**Hybrid working**

**Main Activities**
- Facilitate workshops to elicit requirements and extract customer As Is processes
- Documentation of process definitions and business requirements
- Use industry/process experience to help define customer To Be processes
- Produce process flow diagrams in notations such as BPMN or other equivalents
- Form relationships with customers and prospects to understand their operational business processes and requirements
- Seek solutions that can be supported using current Sonata product features or work with product to implement enhancements to support solutions if required

**Key skills**
- Demonstratable track record of documenting processes using Business Process Modelling Notation, BPMN, or equivalent
- Excellent analysis, assessment and problem solving skills required
- Proven track record of designing and implementing business processes/workflows.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation and facilitation skills
- Good understanding of UX principles
- Good understanding of scripting or other coding language desirable
- Understanding of system integrations and interface technologies such as REST and SOAP
