Robert Half are delighted to be supporting a global business in East Bristol on the recruitment of a Payroll & Pensions Specialist to join the team on a full-time and permanent basis. This is a newly created role within the organisation, and a great opportunity for someone who is eager to 'own' their specialism and have autonomy in their role.

Responsibilities of the Payroll & Pensions Specialist will include but not be limited to:

- Work with payroll & pension providers to support with monthly payroll submission for around 450-500 employees, and managing all new starter, contract changes and leaver information.
- Act as the key point of contact and manage relationships with relevant external providers.
- All payroll and pension administration including handling large volumes of data and pulling reports for other departments in the business.
- Ensure continuous adherence to relevant compliance and legislation.

Your Profile:

- Experience working in end to end payroll is essential for this role.
- An exceptional attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Good working knowledge of Excel and payroll systems.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
