Customer Support Coordinator

**Job Overview**
We are in search of an articulate, friendly, confident and approachable, customer orientated individual to support our fast-growing sales team. The role is varied but will include taking inbound customer enquiries, general enquiries, managing our couriers to make sure our goods are delivered as planned. Taking sales orders and placing purchase orders with suppliers, processing new quotations and informing customers of prices and lead times. Helping the sales team with their daily administration tasks, occasional new projects which may for example involve process improvements, data correction, online research, updating our CRM, and data entry. A happy and warm telephone manner is essential, and as we use modern IT systems throughout our business, computer literacy, a critical eye for detail, and an innate ability to learn new tasks would be beneficial. Our business is heavily focussed on giving every client an excellent and personalised experience every time, so we are looking for someone who gets genuine satisfaction in helping others and who is willing to go that extra mile to assist and support our customers.
**Requirements**:
- A Level or graduate or similar.
- Previous experience in a customer support role is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills and adept at interpersonal interactions.
- Confident and positive telephone manner.
- A friendly disposition with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Sociable, outgoing, and a team player.
- High levels of energy, motivation, and a proactive attitude.
- Experience of Microsoft Office.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills.

This is office-based role would suit someone who enjoys working in a team, is customer friendly, positive and outgoing and sees solutions not problems. You must be keen to learn new skills and who can work five days a week but would also benefit from the flexible hours.
