**Salary:Between £41,500 - £53,000 depending upon experience**

**THE ROLE**

We are currently recruiting for a Test Lead to work within our existing IT division.

The person appointed will work on a dedicated project, they will lead, guide, and monitor the analysis, design, implementation, and execution of testing tasks.

Being part of the IT Team, they will be responsible for collaborating with Change team, 3rd party IT providers, Business teams and internal IT Support teams to support all Test procedures and BAU test activities.

The Test Lead will provide leadership and guidance to the test team on best practice, mentoring and supporting development of team members with training and growth plans.

Along with ensuring performance is actively managed, work is prioritised effectively, individual/team objectives are consistently allocated, achieved and quality gate criteria is met.

A deep knowledge of test automation framework and an automation expert in Selenium and BDD would be highly desirable along with knowledge and experience in Performance testing, API test and cross browser testing.

Relevant and demonstrable experience of managing relationship with business and external stakeholders is essential along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
