We're a fast-growing power tools company seeking a passionate Spanish & English-speaking Ecommerce Specialist to join our Marketing & DTC Team. You'll play a key role in launching and managing our new Shopify website for the Spanish market.

You’ll be reporting to the Head of DTC and working closely not only with a broader Marketing & DTC department, but also with various departments across the business.

**What You'll Do**:

- **Launch & Manage our Spanish Shopify Website**:

- **Develop and execute monthly trading plans, optimizing the consumer journey for conversions.
- Manage product merchandising, content updates, and website maintenance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to create a seamless customer experience.
- **Become the Ecommerce Expert**:

- Analyse key metrics (sales, traffic, conversion, etc.) and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Communicate Ecommerce best practices and KPIs across the organization.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recommend improvements to maximize success.

**Essential skills**:

- Hands-on experience with Shopify (Plus preferred) or similar platform through previous work or personal projects.
- Proven ability to manage online stores, including product listing, order processing, and fulfilment.
- Experience using Google Analytics to analyse website performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to create compelling website copy and basic graphic design for banners and product listings.
- Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English to collaborate effectively across teams.

**Preferable skills**:

- Experience with Shopify Liquid and HTML for customization.
- Google PPC (Adwords) experience for advertising campaigns.
- Project management skills to manage workload and meet deadlines.
