**Goods Inward**
- Help control the flow of materials between distribution centres as per the deployment report
- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure safe offloading and storage
- Responsible for physical inbound shipment accuracy versus advised paperwork
- Follow process to ensure product traceability - FIFO
- Load and unload deliveries from suppliers and Intra Warehouse
- Use a reach and counterbalance forklift truck to move product

**Stock Control**
- Help with the stock control of goods in Trend warehouses
- Investigate and rectify discrepancies outside of agreed tolerances
- Issue periodic Quality Assurance sheet (relating to ‘Hold’ or Non-Conforming Stock)
- Carry out periodic Quality Assurance stock count (typically monthly)
- Control Physical Location v Systems - Strict Control of Locations and Identification
- Identify slow moving and aged stocks
- Focus on housekeeping and de-trashing materials
- Attend end of year stock count
- Assist outbound team with picking and packing as and when required
- Carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by line manager or Goods In Warehouse Controller.

**Key Performance Indicators**:

- Achieve monthly KPI on location accuracy, physical v system
- Successful completion of agreed activities/objectives
- Systems and processes run efficiently and effectively to ensure smooth running of stock control and inbound material flows
- Clear Inbound processes maintained
- Completion of annual stock count to a satisfactory level

**Person Specification**:

- Forklift Truck Licence, both Counterbalance & Reach
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft programmes especially EXCEL and ACCESS
- Experience in problem solving
- Attention to detail and results oriented
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Flexibility on working hours and duties
- A ‘can do’ approach

Pay: From £24,531.00 per year

Additional pay:
