**In return, if you were to join Partners in Support on a fulltime contract and provide us with 1 sleepover a week, you would receive a salary up to £24,000.**
“Partners in Support” is a dynamic not-for-profit organisation supporting people with learning disabilities and Autism to lead the life that they choose.
**The Role**
We are currently recruiting for full time and part time Support Workers to support adults with learning disabilities and autism within the Watford area.
A key part of the support workers role is to understand the person you are supporting, which will include providing practical and emotional support. As a support worker you will be supporting people to live a very fulfilling and independent life, with lots of fun elements in between e.g. Bowling, Cinema, Holidays and even a good old boogie at the company parties.
We are looking for people who are energetic and fun, with a calming nature to join our wonderful team of support staff If you feel this is you and want to continue to encourage the people we support to live their best lives, then we want to hear from you
**_Car Driver Essential_**
**Experience of support work isn’t essential as full training and induction will be given.**
