Digital Marketing Role summary
The role of the Digital Marketing Executive will be to learn, support and lead the digital marketing strategy to drive customer sessions, conversion and average order value through B2C and D2C channels whilst driving global awareness of our brands (includingtrade). The role will work for the Head of Marketing and alongside the eCommerce Manager to drive the performance of the eCommerce division.
Digital Marketing Role responsibilities
*Responsible for building our digital relationship with our customers and fans of our brands.
*Responsible for creating e-newsletter and social campaigns to acquire and retain customers, drive improved click rates, conversion through to revenue, and average order value.
*Responsible for the execution of digital marketing strategies including Paid Social, PPC, Display, User Experience design and SEO working with our outsourced agencies, with the long-term plan of bringing these in-house and growing the team.
*Owning platform analytics and reporting, ensuring that all actions are evidence-based to continually improve digital KPI's (engagement, Traffic, Conversion Rate, Revenue, Click Through Rate, Customer Acquisition Cost, ROAS, loyalty and UX across all digitalplatforms including the website, app and eCommerce campaign budget management and evaluation of return on investment and P&L.
*Working across key platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Manager, Hootsuite, Klaviyo and Google Display.
*Optimising on and off-site search engine optimisation (SEO) to improving search visibility.
*Gathering and presenting consumer insight, so it can be used to improve campaigns (e.g., informing ad targeting, creative and keyword selection).
*3+ years Digital Marketing experience with a focus on results-driven performance marketing.
*An outcome driven individual with a strong orientation towards team collaboration.
*Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate, create content and sell ideas.
*Impeccable attention to detail.
*Obsessed with delivering a market leading customer experience.
*Experience working for a brand to drive global B2C and D2C growth.
*Experience of working with Klaviyo (preferred).
*Experience of working with Shopify (preferred).
*Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills.
*An entrepreneurial spirit.
*Boundless enthusiasm and positivity, for both the mundane tasks and the big opportunities.
*Knowledge of GDPR, advertising standards and best practice.
Digital Marketing Salary
Up to £24,000 - 28,000 + benefits and unrivalled career progression
