Purchasing Administrator

Lochwynd Limited are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Purchasing Administrator to work as part of the Lochwynd Team operating from our Glasgow Offices.
We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **Purchasing Administrator** to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our purchasing processes run smoothly, providing key administrative support, and helping maintain our supply chain efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Raising Purchase Orders**: Create and manage purchase orders in line with company requirements.
- **Invoice Matching**: Receive and match delivery notes with supplier invoices and purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- **Supplier Liaison**: Communicate with suppliers as needed to address queries and discrepancies.
- **Internal Support**: Provide purchasing support to staff, assisting with procurement needs and resolving any related issues.
- **Data Entry & Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and delivery schedules.
- **Experience with Sage 50 Accounts is a must**:
- Any other duties as may be required.
- **Key Skills / Experience Requirements**
The Job Holder will/may have:
- The ability to communicate at all levels.
- Sage 50 Accounts Experience
- Experience of all Microsoft packages especially Excel
- Experience is essential in Purchasing preferably within the Construction Industry.
- The ability to transfer knowledge through training

- Glasgow G33 4ER: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Sage 50 Accounts: 1 year (required)
- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (preferred)
- Purchasing: 1 year (required)
