GXO is looking to hire an Operational Trainer to support new staff and ensure that they are trained to the right competence levels in the correct time frames. In this role, you would help to deliver MHE training to meet operational and legal requirementsfor the site. The role is being offered on a permanent, full-time basis, any 5 out 7 with some flexibility across the shifts required.

**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £27,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. **What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Take responsibility for the delivery of site inductions and manual handling training for all new starters
- Ensure that all existing GXO colleagues receive annual refresher training
- Collaborate with the QHSE Manager in planning and updating the site training matrix
- Assist with any accident/incident investigations on site

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- RTITB qualification is required
- Proven experience of MHE instruction and assessment within a fast-paced environment
- Planning and organisational skills
- Strong IT/PC knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal skills on all levels
