**Customer Service Representative (Account Manager)**

As a Customer Service Representative at Arval, you will be responsible for the growth and maintenance of our corporate fleet customers. Customer Service journey makers work out of our vibrant West Swindon office. Team working is so important to us and you will feel the buzz and warm welcome as you come through the doors.

Following extensive training, you’ll be providing our customers with expert knowledge and advice on suitable vehicle leasing options, you will ensure we satisfy their individual requirements. You will remain customer focused, build good rapport and professional ensuring our customers receive the top-notch service they deserve. Your role is to make sure no stone is left unturned in our quest to satisfy and retain them. In a nutshell your role is;
- Answering inbound calls from Arval’s Corporate Customer base
- Using a mixture of MS office packages and our internal systems to accurately record the information
- Offering and delivery top quality customer service
- Identifying upselling opportunities
- Building a solution and problem solving to deliver the best possible service to our customers

**This is a Pay Zone A3 role with a salary range of up to £25,000, with a realistic OTE of £28,000+**

Relationships are what makes you tick and you will stop at nothing to ensure your customers are pampered and supported so they feel special and important. To become an outstanding Customer Service Representative for Arval, you will be committed to offering fantastic customer service to our corporate customers.

You will have an excellent telephone manner and will be used to working in a fast-paced environment. Used to taking ownership of all that comes your way, whilst demonstrating complete professionalism and tact comes naturally to you.
