We are recruiting Breakfast (and kitchen) Assistants for our new Hotel opening team at Residence Inn by Marriott, Manchester Piccadilly.

The Breakfast (and kitchen) assistants allow the breakfast service to run at its best

**Who are we looking for?**
- An early bird who will be working shifts from 07:00 - 12:00
- Flexible hours are also possible.
- Able to work independently.
- Enthusiasm & a true team player
- Friendly and service oriented

**What you’ll be doing as a Breakfast & Kitchen Assistant**:
A Breakfast & Kitchen assistant must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

- To ensure all food preparation exceeds company and brand standards
- Ensure kitchen health & safety procedures are adhered to
- Ensure breakfast buffet is checked throughout the shift and stocked accordingly
- To ensure that all production areas comply with the required, hygiene, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- To carry out administrative duties as required by the policies and procedures of the hotel e.g., Kitchen diary, temperature control, maintenance request lists, etc.
- Ensure correct stock rotation on all sections, fridges, freezers & dry stores
- Check food stock levels of items to be ordered
- Ensure there is limited wastage and correct procedures are followed
- Dealing efficiently with day-to-day guest service queries throughout breakfast and food serving periods
- Clear/clean tables, buffet, and kitchen
- Report anything considered a health and safety hazard
