We have opportunities for kitchen assistant's whose expertise guarantees quality and consistency of preparation and cleaning.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all food storage, product rotation maximizes potential profit of the product
- Ensure all product preparation is completed to standard to ensure recipe potential is achieve (salads, peeled vegetables)
- Ensure all working utensils and equipment are maintained to maximize life span to operate to full capacity
- Ensure all chemicals are stored correctly and correct amounts are used in the day to day kitchen schedule
- Receiving of daily produce deliveries and checking of quality (including weights and temperature)
- Maintaining cleanliness, safety and organization of the kitchen
- Always presenting self in perfect uniform and correct shift start time
- Completing quality preparation of all duties to clean, set up, handover and close kitchen to standard.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £10.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
