As the Warehouse Planning Coordinator, you will support the Warehouse Operations Manager to achieve the team’s logistic goals. You will be responsible for scheduling product release for the whole warehouse, whilst ensuring all key stakeholders are updated of any stock movements.
As a key member of the Warehouse Team you will be involved in agreeing, implementing and monitoring scheduling objectives. You will produce weekly reports on key logístical data including warehouse stock valuations and warehouse efficiencies.
**Responsibilities**:
- Implement a warehouse picking schedule based on customer demand;
- Plan all warehouse orders to gain maximum efficiency whilst prioritising customer orders and identifying capacity constraints;
- Liaise with Retail, Wholesale and Digital departments to ensure the Warehouse schedule meets delivery targets;
- Attend daily Warehouse Team meetings to communicate the plan, report any issues and receive feedback regarding schedule progress;
- Maintain accurate figures within the Warehouse planning system;
- Oversee twice yearly stock takes;
- Review processing schedules and picking orders to make decisions concerning inventory requirements, staffing requirements, work procedures and duty assignments, allowing for budgetary limitations and time constraints
- Work closely with the Warehouse Supervisors to achieve picking/packing targets.
- Adhere to all health & safety regulations and company policy
- Carry out specific duties and take part in special projects as and when required

Skills and Knowledge
- Computer literate with advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with Planning Software and MRP Systems such as FastReact, SAP, Prima, and Iren advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with a broad spectrum of stakeholders
- Proven ability to plan and analyse complex work schedules
- Understands business and management principles involved in resource allocation, warehouse methods, and coordination of people and resources.
- Previous experience/ knowledge of Supply Chain/Logistics systems and processes, particularly techniques for maximizing the effective distribution of product
- Demonstrates energy, commitment and focus to ensure results are delivered
- Works well under pressure
- Proven ability in producing accurate work with attention to detail.
- Enjoys working as part of a team
