We’re looking for a hands-on and safety-conscious Depollution Operative to join our busy Poole site. This is a great opportunity to be part of a long-established and growing automotive recycling company, working in a supportive and fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

- Safely depollute end-of-life vehicles to company and environmental standards
- Drain air conditioning gas, remove batteries and wheels, and clear materials from vehicles (training provided)
- Carry out manual handling of large or heavy parts
- Keep your work area clean, organised, and safe
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental policies

**What We’re Looking For**

- A strong work ethic and commitment to doing the job safely and accurately
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to shift work in the future
- An interest in cars is a huge bonus
