Vehicle Dismantling Supervisor

We're looking for an experienced and hands on Vehicle Dismantling & Depollution Supervisor to take charge of all dismantling and engine depollution operations within our All-in-One workshop. This leadership role is perfect for someone who can motivate and support their team while maintaining control of production, quality and safety standards. You'll play a key part in keeping the workshop running efficiently, ensuring targets are met, and driving continuous improvement across the site.

What We're Looking For
- Mechanical qualification (preferably minimum Level 3 in Vehicle Mechanics or proven equivalent experience)
- Mechanically minded, with hands on experience in dismantling, depollution, or automotive workshop environments
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of health, safety, and quality
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage paperwork, staff reports and compliance requirements accurately
- A confident and resilient leader who can manage a diverse team with fairness and authority
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to handle all situations calmly and decisively
- Self motivated, proactive and capable of working collaboratively with senior management
What You'll Be Doing
- Overseeing all dismantling, depollution and processing line activities within the workshop
- Leading, supporting and motivating a team to meet daily production levels and KPI targets
- Ensuring quality parts are safely removed for resale and all environmental standards are upheld
- Coordinating with the Production Lead and Maintenance Engineer to ensure smooth operations and minimise downtime
- Managing administrative tasks including production reporting, staff attendance, and workflow documentation
- Upholding and enforcing dismantling safety, quality and environmental procedures
- Driving continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and developing team capability
- Leading by example — setting clear expectations, maintaining discipline and fostering a culture of accountability and respect
