**Role Description**:
The focus of the role will include (but not limited to) the following:

- Creation of digital products (i.e. production of music albums in accordance with KPIs)
- Develop insights and awareness on current retail marketing and distribution trends and best practices, keeping an eye on publications on digital platforms
- Music market analysis
- Updating published albums Rehegoo Music Group UK Ltd 4Th Floor, The Universal Building, 364 Kensington High St, London W14 8NS
- Maintaining the catalog of tables, taking care of their correct complementation in terms of content as well as visuals
- Assist the Recorded Music Team in Poland, with all their product sales & distribution
- Work closely with interdependent departments
- Helping to gather assets including audio & artwork and ensuring standards required for production
- Some basic proofing of artwork and music may be required

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of Google spreadsheets and Excel
- Interest in music/tracking trends in the country and Internationally
- Creativity and eye for detail
- Commitment and uses own initiative
- Excellent communication skills

(Desirable)
- Experience in a similar position and/or knowledge of the music industry including streaming platforms
- Knowledge of systems such as: Google Ads, Google Trends, ECC, Soovle
- Knowledge of keyword tools

(Advantageous, but not required)
- Ability to speak a second language in Spanish, French or Japanese
- Basic skills in creating graphics/video processing and aesthetic sense

Qualifications and Certifications
- Minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent)
