James Kay Associates have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager who will be leading my clients Internal Telesales team in Essex.
Leading a team of Sales Executives in a B2B environment, you will motivate, drive and coach your team to deliver sales performance, achieve business targets and sales KPIs to business customers and create a high performing climate.
My client have ambitious growth plans and you will have the opportunity to grow and shape the team over the next 6-12 months.
Key responsibilities:
- Coach, develop and motivate your team to achieve business targets and sales performance
- Conduct regular reviews and 121s
- Set key targets and performance indicators
- Create management information reports and share with the senior management team
- Responsible for performance management
- Own recruiting, objective setting, and performance monitoring
- Identify sales opportunities and create leads for your team
- Ensure sales strategies in place to sell to new, lapsed and existing spending business customers
**Experience**:
- Internal sales management experience (essential)
- Experienced in B2B sales
- Coaching & development experience
- Sales strategy and planning
- The ability to build rapport and relationships with clients and key accounts
- Passionate about sales and achieving results
- PC literate, Microsoft office user
In return by client offer an excellent basic salary of between 55-60k per annum plus performance related bonus.
The hours for this role will be Monday to Friday, 8.30 - 6 with 1 hour for lunch.
