Telesales Manager

**Telesales Manager - Epping £65,000 - £75,000 + Bonus + Package**

**Experience managing a team of Telesales ( Inbound & Outbound ) is essential as well as managing a tangable product.**

**The Role**:
To join our internal telesales team selling to our national database of dealers/distributors/stockists. Markets covered include automotive, hire, builder’s merchants, industrial supplies and many more.

**Principle responsibilities and duties**:

- Taking calls from our national dealer network and providing pricing and availablity information
- Entering orders onto our sales system
- Investigating delivery and order queries from our dealer base
- Liaising with other departments within the company
- Chasing leads and following up on opportunities to generate sales with existing, lapsed and new customers

**Key skills required**:

- Proven track record in a wholesale telesales team, ideally selling technical or hard goods to stockists rather than end users
- Experience of national accounts
- Highly motivated with a drive to succeed
- Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Computer literate with Microsoft Office Systems
