**The Company**
Due to continued growth and success, this international law firmhas an exciting opportunity for a Change Manager to join them. We are delighted to support the recruitment of a ChangeManager to join a new Change Function.

**Key Responsibilities** of the Change Manager
- Accountable for the design, development and implementation of change management activities required to successfully embed people, process and technology change for a range of strategic programmes and projects
- The development of change management strategies and change impact assessments that drive the faster adoption of changes in order to increase benefit realisation
- Stakeholder engagement and communication planning
- Defining and tracking metrics & feedback that demonstrate a successful transition of behaviours and processes to the future state
- Working with the project & programme manager and BAs to ensure that change management activities support the realisation of the business outcomes associated with projects

**Skills & Attributes** of the Change Manager
- Proven experience of shaping and delivering complex change management steams for transformation programmes
- Change Management (e.g. PROSCI) qualifications preferred
- Experience in defining and implementing a structured methodology to deliver change management activities
- A focus on delivering tangible business outcomes, with a clear view for how change fits in to the broader business agenda
- Experience in leading on best practice Org Design, including knowledge of common approaches and frameworks to document and transition from as-is organisation structures to to-be models
- Evidence of supporting and leading communication and training efforts that are central to the change management strategy
- The ability to engage with and influence a broad range of stakeholders is critical
