**About the Role**
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven **Travel Consultant** to join our passionate team. In this role, you’ll engage directly with customers, using your expertise and creativity to plan and book tailored travel experiences that exceed their expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Achieve and exceed personal sales targets while contributing to the store’s overall growth and success.
- Plan and book bespoke package holidays, cruises, and tailored travel itineraries.
- Stay informed about industry trends, evolving into a true travel expert.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, going above and beyond to create memorable experiences.
- Assist customers when they have any issues or concerns.
- Inspire our local community by promoting travel through creative and engaging initiatives.
- Work a flexible schedule, including weekends on a rota basis.

**About You**
We’re looking for a team player with a passion for travel and a flair for sales. You will have prior experience in the travel industry, enthusiasm, adaptability, and drive to provide exceptional service.

- **Successful experience of working in a high street travel agency**
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- A proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- A positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to be a strong member of an established and successful team.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- A natural enthusiasm for travel and an eagerness to share your knowledge.
- The ability to build rapport and foster trust with customers.
- Attention to detail when handling client information and bookings.
