**What does this Support Worker job involve?**
From day-to-day, our Support Workers will empower the individuals we support to become more independent within their home within the local community and other areas they wish to. This can include supporting people to go to college, learn to cook, developindependent living skills on varied levels, take a holiday, or do any number of other activities. Quite simply, we aim to make peoples lives better, more independent and enjoyable - and we guarantee you’ll have plenty of fun along the way.
Duties will include supporting people with:
- Daily living skills
- Personal care where needed
- Social inclusion
- Activities
- Promoting independence in all areas of home life and work-life
- Managing finances

- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Have two satisfactory references
- Ideally, at least one year of experience as a Support worker/Care assistant
