MMP Consultancy are looking to recruit an Enforcement Project Officer to work with a social housing provider.
The Enforcement Project Officer will manage a project to gain access to properties where work is required to be undertaken for property compliance issues. This will include pre-court organisation of visits by front facing teams, completion and submission ofcourt paperwork and attendance where necessary at County Court. Post court, ensuring injunctions are served and where necessary enforced by the courts.
Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure any property where access is required has received contact prior to any current servicing expiring
- Coordinate resources from front facing teams to ensure any pre-court protocols are met.
- Where necessary complete and submit court paperwork to obtain injunction to gain access
- Attend court and coordinate any necessary witnesses
- Post court
- ensure injunctions are served and where access is still refused obtain enforcement with the court.
Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge:

- Qualified Legal Executive with experience of civil court claims
- Experience of injunctions for tenancy matters
- Ability to keep information confidential and process sensitive information
- Knowledge of the county court system including enforcement of orders
- Experience or working in social housing
