**Finance Manager, £32,500, Poole**
The **purpose** of this role:
As a **Finance Manager**within this **growing** engineering company, reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will play a **key role** within the business. Working closely with **Project Managers**, you will support this close-knit team with all **forecasting**, **financial** and **accounting** tasks.
As a **Finance Manager** you will:
- Be responsible for all **management accounts**:
- Proactively maintain **cash flow** forecasting
- Provide **bookkeeping** and **financial support** to all aspects of the business
- Become the first point of contact for day-to-day **banking** enquiries
- Compile **monthly reporting** by liaising with various Directors
As a Finance Manager your **skills** and **experience** will include:
- **Accounting** experience including**accounts payable** and**accounts receivable**:
- Finance **qualification** is desirable
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of **Excel** and **Sage**:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
