Join us as a Finance Manager – Operations (Manufacturing) based in Poole, Dorset.Responsibilities:Take full financial and commercial ownership of our UK Manufacturing operationsPartner with the Head of Manufacturing and leadership team to drive strategic financial performanceLead monthly management reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processesOptimise inventory and product costing through structured analysis and stakeholder collaborationManage financial aspects of bids, tenders, and German portfolio production, including transfer pricing and licensee feesOversee compliance, internal controls, and audit processes, including annual stock takeSupport operational strategy and capital expenditure decisionsLine manage and develop a small finance teamQualifications & Experience:Fully qualified accountant (CIMA / ACA / ACCA), ideally with a degreeStrong commercial acumen and experience in a manufacturing or operational finance environmentAdvanced Excel skills; SAP and Power Platform experience highly desirableProven ability to communicate financial insights to non-finance stakeholdersExperience managing or leading a team and working cross-functionallyStrong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasksWe offer:A key leadership role in a high-impact, future-focused businessOpportunities for professional growth and cross-functional collaborationA supportive and inclusive team cultureCompetitive salary and benefits packageThe chance to shape the future of mobility and infrastructureHow do I apply?We can only accept online applications.
