Key focus areas of the role itself and where you will spend the majority of your time:

- Responsible for all Customer Master Data from creation to maintaining data on our SAP system
- Understanding and Reviewing the Operational Performance on Vendor Central for Amazon
- Review and process SAP Idoc errors on a daily basis, working closely with other teams within NBF to resolve any issues
- To contribute to monthly team meetings
- Providing excellent customer service to all customers, (both internal and external).
- Resolving all sales order queries, escalating these when necessary to your line manager.
- Controlling invoicing procedure and EDI movements daily.
- Maintaining a close relationships with the our Inventory team and 3PL’s to ensure stock is available to fulfil all orders on a daily basis and helping to achieve a agreed service level targets.
- Ensuring that all orders are routed and outbound deliveries are forwarded to 3PL’s for despatch.
- Advising the sales account managers of customer shortages, as well liasing with our customers to resolve any issues.
- Working closely with the Finance Team & 3PL’s to set up new accounts, pricing, Ship To’s and ensuring credit accounts opened and pro-forma invoices are paid prior to shipment.
- Raising export and import documentation as necessary.
- Researching and raising credit notes against customer claims where required.
- Contributing ideas for profit improvement, cost reduction, system and procedure development/improvement.
- Any other duties, which might reasonably be requested in association with this role in order to meet the needs of the business.

**Profiel**:
Here at Natural Balance Foods we are looking to recruit a Sales Orders Assistant to assist the Supply Chain Manager with managing the Sales Orders team and processes. You will pride yourself in providing excellent customer service and sales support to both customers and our Sales Team. To help us to achieve our continual growth plans we are looking for an enthusiastic, highly organised individual.

Alongside living our values of Healthy, Happy and Helpful, the most important things we’re looking for from you are:

- Numerical reasoning
- Analytical ability
- People influencing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- At least 2 years FMCG experience ideally gained within the food industry
- Intermediate IT skills including Excel
- SAP experience would be advantageous
