We are looking for an experienced and talented Head Bartender join our fantastic venue.

**Rate of Pay= £13.50 per hour**

Our Head Bartender is part of the Management team and will work alongside the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to ensure the smooth running of the bar and maintain the high standards that have become expected from our guests.

The role ensures operational excellence within our teams and is a vital role in developing the next bar tenders, working with budgets and forecasts, health and safety and compliance along with working with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to help strategically build on the current success of the business.

You are already experienced in a Head Bartender or Bar Manager role and are looking for a challenge. You share our values and have genuine passion for the hospitality industry.

We want someone who understands what great customer service is and who leads, motivates and engages their team to exceed guest expectations time after time. You will already understand the importance of guest feedback, team communication and development, and will be happy to work with sales targets & budgets to drive the business forward.

- you recognise succession is vital for a strong talent pipeline, so you're always on the lookout for talent, planning and recruiting in advance
- in the absence of the Management you lead the bar as if it were your own.

The Head Bartender must have experience at a Head Bartender or Bar manager level. With a good understanding of running all aspects of a bar.

Full Time 40 hours per week by shift including weekends

Permanent Position with Immediate Start
