Head Bartender

We are looking for passionate, charismatic, and driven individuals who are looking for their next opportunity to join a like-minded team. Experience in a fast-paced hospitality setting would be preferred, however full training in our values and standards will be provided regardless of experience.

Role: _Full Time Head Bartender 35-50 hours per week._

Pay: Starting pay is £10.25 p/h with the opportunity for wage increases through our skilled bartender programme, PLUS an equal share of all tips received across the FOH team.

**Responsibilities**:

- To assist the Bar Manager in the day to day operation of the bar team.
- To assist the Bar Manager with ordering and stock takes.
- To assist the Bar Manager in the training and development of bar staff.
- To ensure that all guests receive the top quality service we expect from our staff.
- To live our values every day and take pride in their role.
- To execute our drinks offering with precision and pride.
- To actively seek knowledge and progression through the bartender tiers.

- Previous hospitality experience is essential (fine dining experience preferential but not necessary)

- A caring nature and good eye for detail
- Cash handling experience (preferred but not essential)

As part of the Front of house team you will be expected to be part of the customer experience from start to finish. This will include tasks such as meeting and greeting customers, taking orders and serving food and drink, optimising the customer’s experiences by recommending items on the menu and assisting with their needs, following all company standards and most importantly **‘Loving the customer’**.

Starting wage will be dependent on experience. Full details of the role can be discussed at the interview stage.
