Key responsibilities:
- Monitor, review and action all correspondence in the team mailboxes
- Manage flow of information, filing and record management
- Produce and track monthly invoices
- Provide governance support to Thames Tideway Tunnel (TTT) Project Board
- Support Kent, South London and East Sussex Area Regulation Project

The team
- As part of the Flood and Coastal Risk Management department in London Area, TTT team works with three operational Area teams, National Teams, other River Regulators, Tideway and their Main Works Contractors.
- The team is part of an exciting programme at the forefront upgrading London’s Sewerage system. You will play a key role in reducing pollution in the River Thames as it passes through the city for the good of London, its wildlife and people.

Experience/skills required
- We are looking for someone who:
- Takes a proactive approach to managing a varied workload and can work with team members to take decisions and prioritise.
- Is a good communicator, works well both independently and in a team, and can build relationships with colleagues.
- Has strong organisation and time management skills
- Can learn and adapt to new ways of working and technology such as zoom, teams as we navigate a mix of office and home-based working.
- Takes an active role in team discussions, is confident to ask questions or share their thoughts and ideas.

The role will also require the following skills: prioritisation, attention to details, be self-motivated and uses own initiative. These can be picked up as part of the job or any existing experience within previous roles or voluntary positions would be useful.
