Our Dispatch team are currently looking for a Team Leader to support the Distribution function within our Knightsbridge store on an FTC basis until October 2025.

As a Harrods’ Dispatch team, our aim is to ensure that all customer orders in the department are fulfilled, packed, transported and dispatched on time and in the best quality to meet our required SLA’s (locally and internationally) and meet customer expectations the Harrods way.

**About the Role**

As a Team Leader within the dispatch department, you will support and report to the manager in the day to day running of the department ensuring that all KPI’s and objectives are met. You will be responsible for ensuring that all customer deliveries are dispatched on time and that all internal service issues are addressed within the team.

This position is working 5 days out of 7 between the hours of 07:00-23:00 Monday to Sunday.

**About You**

As Team Leader you will have experience in warehouse and distribution roles giving you great attention to detail in the day-to-day endeavours in the department. You will also be a valuable team player who thrives on getting the job done to the high Harrods standards. You will possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
