**About us**

We are looking for an experienced and motivated retail assistant to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet organisational objectives.
- Set and monitor sales targets.
- Analyse customer feedback and market trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and address any issues that arise.

What we need from you (system requirements):

- Driven to succeed at work and in all of life, hard work required.
- Proven track record to grow new business.
- Success generating business with digital and offline tactics (cold calling, event networking etc.).
- Willingness to simultaneously tackle multiple projects and challenges.
- Passion to rapidly build expertise on new businesses and industry verticals.
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding and awareness of aligning consumer goals and business goals.

**Salary**: £21,056.00-£26,544.00 per year

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- Retail management (preferred)
