Avanti Personnel are currently looking to recruit an experienced administrator to join a well established and ever expanding team located in Middlesbrough.
This fantastic opportunity offers flexibility for either full time or part time employment.
Job Purpose:
To ensure accurate flow of office procedures, supporting all departments including Directors, Finance, HR, Supply Chain and Operations. Your duties will include;
- Handling administrative requests and queries for managers
- Maintaining personnel files, including timesheets and holiday requests
- Drafting, formatting and distribution of relevant documentation
- Updating internal systems, including bespoke software and Microsoft office systems
- Answering customer enquires
- Generate work orders
- Liaise with both customer and suppliers
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
